listed are maximum speeds available under the applicable Service
Plan. Actual speeds will likely be less than that listed above.
2. Download Threshold values represent the volume of data
that can be downloaded continuously before the HughesNet Fair
Access Policy (FAP) may restrict the download speed. Several
variables affect this number including, but not limited to:
speed of download, duration of download, and the plan’s
Recovery Rate.
Note:
The service plans above are HughesNet service plans and are
subject to a $300 HughesNet early termination fee if service
is cancelled before the expiration of the original term for
any reason.
