if you would like Saturday Delivery on an order. Any delay on delivery
by the shipping company is not cause for refund of shipping and will
not effect any of the fees associated with the item. Any delay due to

We ship orders via UPS. Shipping rates are generated using the current UPS shipping rate schedule.
Orders are shipped signature required in most cases.
In certain cases, RV Satellite Systems reserves the right to substitute shipping with USPS Priority or Express Mail,
UPS or FedEx.
Returns:
All of our items are guaranteed by the manufacturer for 1 full year or longer unless stated otherwise.
The warranty work is provided by either us or the manufacturer.

You may return non-defective items within 7 days of purchase .

Non-defective items returned up to 7 days will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
To receive any refund, all exchanged /returned merchandise must be in 100% original factory condition,
including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, and warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories
including software and original wire ties and plastic bags. Merchandise must be in its original box with no writing
on the box, paper work or manual included with the item. Merchandise must be shipped in a shipping box.
Items returned without a shipping box may be charged a fee.
You are responsible for any shipping charges to return the item to us. Previous notification of missing items
BEFORE returning the item is required. Merchandise that is returned with missing or damaged items will be charged a
fee to replace the missing items or returned to the customer.
To expedite your return, you must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us by calling
the number below before returning your item. All returns must be shipped prepaid and insured.
There will be no refunds after 30 days. There will be no Non-defective returns after 30 days.
If you return an Item to us after 30 days we will refuse and/or return the package back to you per our
discretion at your cost. In the unlikely event that we are unable to return the item to you we will
charge a 25% restocking fee regardless of the circumstances.
Items returned without an RMA, Refused for delivery or undeliverable to the address you provide will be
subject to a 25% restocking fee, in the unlikely event that we make an exception it will be on a per case basis.
RMA's must be clearly marked on the shipping box. We are not responsible for any returns lost by the shipping company,
it is your responsibility to insure and track the package. Items returned without an RMA number may also cause a
refund to be delayed.
